Biodanza classes are open to everyone who wants to experience more happiness and aliveness in their daily living.
Every Wednesday evening we get together and dance and rediscover the transformational magic of Biodanza.
Biodanza is a experiential system of human integration using dance, music, and connection with people. Regular attendance promotes organic renewal, affective re-education, and the re-learning of the original functions of life. Basically it helps us rediscover the joy of life and living.
