Explore your energy centers!
Join guest teacher Kimberly Payne, in this lecture style workshop we will explore the energy system in the body known as the Chakras. The Chakras can bring a deeper awareness uncovering wisdom we can use to enhance our everyday life. We will explore where these energy center are located, the emotions, senses, yoga poses and colors that are associated with each one are and how they relate to various aspects of ourselves. The class will end with an extended lying down meditation using guided imagery to weave in each chakra bringing balance and ease to the body. All are welcome - no experience necessary. Please bring a mat, pen and journal.
