Did you know you can open the Chakras using mantras? Mantras are vibrational chants that raise the energy level of each Chakra. Bringing each to its fullest vibration in color, movement, and size. When each chakra is its healthiest, it allows all of the chakras to be aligned and in harmony with one another. This, of course, brings harmony into your daily life. We will use tone and hand movements to achieve a meditative state.
No experience or equipment required. Just bring yourself and relax!
$5 per person. Just mark "going" and come join us!
