Come along for one or all of this 4 part Chakra Yoga series.
Each week we will focus on a different energy centre and bring some heat and circulation into the corresponding area. From here we will use long held stretches, and some muscle releasing techniques, to open and balance these spaces. These classes are designed to leave you feeling light and free.
Each class brings in elements of Meditation and Pranayama (breathing rhythms).
Cost - $18 casual, one off your HappyFit class pass or $60 for all 4 classes xxx
