Join me for an exploration into our richest resource and vibrant health through the ancient Chinese art of Chi Kung. We will learn and practice simple standing forms, explore walking postures and some seated practices. You can expect to Increase range of motion, joint mobility, build strength, stamina, improve balance and reduce pain. Chi Kung helps one manage stress and gain mental clarity by establishing physiological and psychological balance in the body.
