Chakra Immersion
Come join us for an afternoon immersion that will offer you an opportunity to practice and experience the awareness tools availabe through the chakra system. Learn about the elements; strengths, weaknesses, emotions, smells, colors and more. You will discover how they relate to the specific areas of the body via the seven main chakras.
We will learn the asana sequences, pranayamas and mudras that correlate with each chakra. We will incorporate tools and techniques from the ayurvedic tradition and create a clean and clear method of maintaining balance in the body and in turn, the mind.
You will leave this immersion having delved deeper into understanding the layers of the body thus gaining a deeper sense of self and stability.
