Chakras are an energetic center that affects our thoughts, mood and physical body. They play an important role in how we pursue and achieve our goals and move through our day to day life.
Over seven weeks, Jaime McKeag Reber will guide you through yoga & meditation practices to assist in balancing each of the seven Chakras.
Each class will contain an education piece at the start. Followed by movement through Yoga poses specific to the week's chakra, and finally, the classes will close with a Yoga Nidra (guided sleep meditation).
What to bring: Notebook & pen. Yoga mat, blanket and/or pillow. Water. Open Mind :)
