" ...don't let comparison steal your joy!"
I love this because often in life we look around to see what other are doing. In the class sometimes we may catch ourselves comparing or 'noticing' the dance and the experience of another. When we do that we start to diminish the value of our own experience.
This week we explore integration - the dances whereby we gather the bits and pieces of our being and integrate them into one experience. This will inevitable be different for everyone. We are all on a different path, be it physically, mentally or emotionally. And so we put the pieces together so that they serve us -not someone else, not society or any external situation.
When we dance we feel our own chore, our own movement and our own excitement at being alive and experiencing joy.
ALL ARE WELCOME TO THIS CLASS - no previous experience necessary...there is not handbook to life!
