As we are moving into autumn, I would like to invite you to a series of Biodanza movement sessions to enhance your sense of wellbeing and deepen your connection with yourself and others.
There are no steps to learn, no dance experience required.
These sessions are suitable for adults who are new to, or have prior experience of this gentle and playful movement system.
You can access Patcham Memorial Hall by bus or car (off street parking available). £10 per session / 3 classes prepaid £25.
