Em Setembro dançamos criatividade!

Pablo Picasso dizia: “ Todas as criaturas nascem artistas. A dificuldade é continuar artista enquanto se crece.”

A Biodanza é destinada a homens e mulheres dos 18 aos 180 anos e a boa noticia é que não precisamos nem vamos aprender a dançar, uma vez que as danças não são coreografadas e esse não é o objetivo!
Existe sempre uma explicação no inicio de cada dança, mas o objetivo não é repetir passos, razão pela qual muitas pessoas se apaixonam por este maravilhoso sistema.
Dançamos descalços e com roupa confortável.
Depois de uma aula de Biodanza será garantido dizer que sairá muito mais alegre, feliz e bem-disposto do que quando entrou!

Biodanza is aimed at men and women from the age of 18 to 180 and the good news is that we do not even need to learn to dance because the dances are not choreographed and that is not the goal!
There is always an explanation at the beginning of each dance, but the goal is not to repeat steps, which is why many people fall in love with this wonderful system.
We danced barefoot and dressed comfortably.
After a Biodanza class you will be guaranteed to say that you will come out much happier, happier and happier than when you entered!
