Join Lisa Bodey, Steve Fillenberg & Afton Fleming for Breathwork and Chi Kung/Qi Gong every Wednesday in the South Crestone Park (next to Baca Firehouse) from 5-6:30pm. We gather to support each other's practice, share and nurture healing for ourselves and community. Classes are free of charge as they are an offering.
