What is CHI KUNG?
A form of traditional Chinese mind/body exercise and meditation that uses slow and precise body movements with controlled breathing and mental focusing to improve balance, flexibility, muscle strength, and overall health. Chi Kung is also practiced to strengthen the internal organs and the immune system - it also promotes the circulation of blood and Qi or 'vital energy' within the body. Chi Kung is very rejuvenating and renewing, the more you practice the more you benefit from it.
QI (CHI) = ENERGY, GONG (KUNG) = SKILL
QIGONG = THE SKILL OF ATTRACTING VITAL ENERGY
BEGINNERS WELCOME ~ EVERY WEDNESDAY. £7 per class
