This is a wonderful opportunity to fully immerse yourself in Chi Kung at one of the best retreat centres in Auckland.

"Six hours of meditation and Chi Kung every day for 7 days... I was floating on air (in a very grounded, embodied way) by the end... I don't think I've ever felt so good in my body & so spiritually connected..." - Annie McCasland-Pexton
