Sacred Lotus Chi Kung & Meditation Workshop

This workshop introduces you to a flow of practices that develop and expand your awareness of the physical and energy bodies. Learn how to release blockages at three levels of existence: body, energy, and consciousness. This one-day session offers a variety of foundational practices to support your health and well-being of the physical, energetic and personal connection to the Divine.
Program Content:
- Anatomy of Chi Energy Systems: Develop your sensitivity to Chi and come into greater awareness of your physical and energetic bodies;
- Flowing Chi Kung and Yoga Sequence: Increase your physical strength, flexibility, and stamina along with the emergence of a deep equanimity;
- Chi Kung Therapy: Contact emotional states through the body-mind-energy levels, increasing clarity and the use of intention;
- Chi Kung Meditation Practices: Through Meditative Technologies, experience expanded awareness, presence, stillness of the mind and body, and increased stability and grounding.
