The Ayurvedic Association of Canada will be hosting the 2nd annual conference in Toronto on "Ayurveda: Food & Nutrition" with renowned speakers from across the country and all over the globe. In today’s fast moving world, while the dietary and nutritional trends, change every season, Ayurvedic medicine is known for its unchanging, everlasting principles that can be applied to any diet, any place, any season or any individual.
Considering the amazing response we received at our last conference, this conference is expected to draw 200+ attendees from across the country will explore the various aspects of nutrition through the seasons, phases of life, diseases and more.
