Join Julia on November 11th. Beginning at the beginning, we will explore the supporting philosophies of Ayurveda, including Samkya and basic sanskrit. We will also discuss the ways that Yoga is considered the “sister science” of Ayurveda, and the ways in which they work together. We will do self-inquiry in order to begin to understand what a “dosha” is, and then explore apsects of dinacharya (the daily routine).
