In Ayurveda, fall is a very traditional time to cleanse. As we shift from the liveliness of the warmer seasons to the transitional energies of fall we are gifted the opportunity to turn inward and release that which no longer serves us. This is a wonderful time for reflection, release, and rejuvenation.
This is a 7-day cleanse, 5 of which include the food aspect, that focuses on nourishing our body through the traditional Ayurvedic dish known as Kitchari, Ayurvedic self-care, and purification of the five senses.
We will meet on Saturday, take Sunday to clear our homes and minds, cleanse Monday-Friday and finish with a final meeting the following Saturday. The last meeting will be virtual through ZOOM.
Cost: $45. $40 if registered by September 22nd. Unlimited members save 10%.
