Join us on Monday, Sept 24th as we kick off One Hour Kundalini Yoga Classes at Ayurveda. This will be our Fall Home. :-)
A few details:
--Classes are all-levels Kundalini Yoga. All-levels means you can do this class. Yes, you. ;-)
--Classes are in English with some Greek translation
--Yoga mats are provided free of charge but if you are able, we encourage you to bring your own mat (just so we don't run out).
--Class is 8 euros. No prior registration required.
