Once a month throughout the fall and winter season, we give you the opportunity to experience Ayurveda's most classic, soothing, and healing therapy. Shiro means head, and dhara means to pour or to wash. In this treatment, a steady flow of warm oil caresses the forehead clearing the mind, calming the nervous system, and coaxing you into a deep state of restful bliss.
