The next Lakshmi Ayurveda workshop has been scheduled! You are welcome to join us on Saturday, October 27th as we will dive into an introduction of Panchakarma, providing you with a 20 page workshop booklet to take home for your reference. The main discussion points will be in regards to:
• How we accumulate toxins in the body
• The benefits of panchakarma
• The stages of a panchakarma rejuvenation program
• Pre/post-treatment meal routines and foods to avoid during treatments
• Who is suitable for panchakarma, length of treatment, etc
• And of course, answer your questions in regards to panchakarma!
