This 2 hour workshop will explore Ayurveda with Mirella Nicholson. Ayurveda is the inseparable sister of yoga; the science of life. It is primarily a science of self-healing and self-care. We will then explore a yoga practice for each mind/body type-Vata/Pitta/Kapha and how to find balance.
